Ukraine - a year invaded

We invited Ukraine expert Paul Flenley back onto the show along with local volunteers helping those seeking shelter here, and those still in the war zone and asking what more can people do to help.

We're also joined by Maricar Jagger who helps connected Ukraine refugees with hosts in the UK, Maryna Kuzmenko who supports Ukrainians here in the UK and back home, and Olha Mosondz who with her daughter is staying in Portsmouth until Putin's war ends.
